Billow Agent for Microsoft Teams
Billow Agent runs your team's Billow workflows from Microsoft Teams group chats. You need a Billow account, and it works in group chats only.
Connect a chat
- Add Billow Agent to the group chat.
- A Billow admin tags the bot with link in the chat. The bot replies with a link code.
- The admin signs in to Billow, opens the agent, goes to Connections › Microsoft Teams, enters the code and chooses the chat's workflows.
A chat used to run workflows can have up to 20 people.
Commands
- link: Get a code to link this workflow chat to Billow.
- status: How many files are waiting and how the last run went.
- help: What the bot can do in this chat. Type a workflow's name to run it.
- ping: Check the bot can see this chat.
To run a workflow, tag Billow Agent with the workflow's name.
Remove the bot
Remove Billow Agent from the chat's members or apps in Teams. It stops collecting messages and files in that chat. See our privacy policy for how information already collected is handled.
