- All data transmitted through Billow and our Excel add-in is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data stored within our systems is encrypted at rest using AES-256. These safeguards cover confidentiality and integrity across every phase of data handling.
- Isolated, filtered cloud infrastructure
- Our infrastructure runs inside an AWS Virtual Private Cloud, with services isolated through network segmentation and security groups. All externally facing traffic passes through Cloudflare for DDoS mitigation, bot detection, and edge-level filtering.

- We hold zero-retention agreements with every AI provider we use, so your proprietary financial models and operating data are never used for training and never shared with third parties.
